Our service

MABcars AutoTrade operates a platform that relays your car details to certified partner dealers, collects their offers and presents the highest offer to you. An offer is indicative until the winning dealer has viewed the car and confirmed that its condition matches your submission. You are under no obligation to accept any offer, and we charge sellers no fee.

Your submission

You confirm that you are the registered owner of the car or authorised to sell it, that the details you provide are accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you will disclose known accident, flood or mechanical history. Inaccurate or withheld information may result in a revised or withdrawn offer.

Listed cars

Listings describe inspected cars offered by MABcars or its partner dealers. Prices and availability can change without notice, and a listing is an invitation to enquire, not a binding offer to sell. Financing is subject to the approval of partner banks.

Transactions

Sales are completed between you and the purchasing or selling dealer under a notarised Deed of Sale. Payment is made by bank transfer or another method agreed in writing. The dealer is responsible for processing the LTO transfer of ownership.

Content and intellectual property

The MABcars name, logo, articles and site design belong to MABcars AutoTrade. You may read and share links to our content but may not reproduce it commercially without permission. Articles are general guidance and not legal or financial advice.

Liability

We take care to keep the site accurate and available but provide it “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, MABcars AutoTrade is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or from a transaction between you and a dealer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes are subject to the courts of Pasig City.
